If you decide that an item does not meet your personal design vision, we offer a transparent, friendly, and structured returns framework to protect your shopping experience.
We provide a return window of 30 days starting from the date of package delivery. This gives you ample opportunity to ensure that your purchased items suit your home design perfectly.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in its original resaleable condition. We fully understand that you may need to open the packaging and pre-assemble or test the coat rack to evaluate its style, height, and stability. However, the item must not exhibit any permanent alterations, scratches, consumer-inflicted structural damage, or clear signs of prolonged daily usage. Returned products must be packed securely in their original packaging with all original hardware, screws, components, and instruction manuals included.
Please note that we cannot accept returns, issue refunds, or process exchanges for items that have sustained man-made structural damage, severe scratches, permanent modifications, or show clear signs of heavy daily wear and tear after delivery.

Before returning any products, you must contact our customer support team via email to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the specific return warehouse address. Please note that our business address is an office location and cannot accept product returns. Returns shipped without a prior RMA number or sent directly to our office address will not be accepted or processed.
When contacting our team at sale@miravelionex.com, please include your name, email address, order number, and a brief description of the items you wish to return. Once your request is received, our helpful team will deliver your RMA number and clarify the specific returns address to guide your package safely.
The responsibility for shipping costs depends on the nature of the return scenario:
Merchant Responsibility (Defective, Damaged, Incorrect Items, or Major Description Discrepancies): If your product arrived damaged during transport, exhibits material defects, represents an incorrect item, or possesses significant dimensional deviations from our published specifications, please notify us immediately. In all cases of merchant-related issues, we are responsible for the return shipping fees and will cover all return shipping costs. We will provide a pre-paid shipping label so you do not incur any out-of-pocket costs.
Customer Responsibility (Change of Mind / Buyer’s Remorse): If you decide to return a product simply because you changed your mind, selected an incorrect size or color for your space, or if the product does not match your subjective home aesthetic, the transaction is considered a buyer’s remorse scenario. In these instances, the customer is responsible for arranging the return courier and covering the cost of the return postage back to our designated returns address.
We believe in fair and transparent pricing, which extends directly to our returns process. Many retailers charge additional fees simply to place an item back into their inventory. At Miravelionex, we do not believe in penalizing our customers.
We are proud to declare a $0.00 Restocking Fee for all returned items. Customers will never be charged restocking fees, handling fees, or administrative penalties for eligible returns, ensuring a worry-free shopping journey.
Once your return is received at our returns address, our dedicated support staff will handle the administrative review to update your account as quickly as possible.
Your return will be reviewed and processed within 3 business days of its arrival. Once processed, a confirmation email will be delivered to you to confirm your credit status.
Following this processing phase, the approved funds will be returned automatically to your original payment method. Please allow 5-10 business days for the credit to appear on your bank statement, depending on your financial institution’s processing speeds.
If you need to change your plans, we offer a brief cancellation window to stop the shipping process:
Cancellation Window: If you change your mind immediately after purchase, you can request an order cancellation within 12 hours of placing your order by contacting us directly. We will make every effort to intercept the shipment.
Out-of-Window Shipments: If your request arrives after 12 hours, or if the shipment has already been accepted by standard couriers, we are unable to halt the package. In this case, you can receive the delivery and initiate a standard return once the package arrives.
Compliance Notice: To ensure a fair and secure shopping environment, all returned items must meet our standard eligibility criteria (undamaged, resaleable condition with original components) to qualify for a full refund. Items returned with missing structural hardware, unauthorized alterations, or consumer-inflicted damage will be evaluated case-by-case, and our customer support team will contact you directly to resolve any discrepancies.
