Shipping Destinations & Address Limitations
We are committed to delivering our high-quality home goods across the contiguous United States (lower 48 states). Please note that we do not offer shipping services to Alaska, Hawaii, or any unincorporated territories of the United States.
Furthermore, due to logistics routing and technical verification limitations in the military mailing network, we are currently unable to ship to APO, FPO, or DPO addresses. We are actively working with our logistics partners to find viable routing and verification solutions to support our military customers in the future. We also do not ship to standard P.O. Box addresses to ensure that delivery tracking, signature options, and secure physical drop-offs are maintained at all times.
Shipping Rates & Costs
To keep shopping convenient, we offer simple and transparent shipping structures based on the total value of your shopping cart:
Free Standard Shipping: All orders with a total checkout value of $120.00 or more are eligible for free standard delivery.
Flat Rate Standard Shipping: For orders under $120.00, a flat shipping rate of $12.00 will be calculated and applied at checkout.
Our product prices are fully tax-inclusive, and there are no handling fees. All applicable shipping fees will be clearly displayed at checkout before you complete your transaction, ensuring full pricing transparency with absolutely no hidden charges.
Order Processing & Delivery Timelines
To help you plan, we clearly detail our shipping stages. All standard timelines are calculated using working days.
Our daily order cutoff time is 3:00 PM (EST). Orders placed after this time will be processed on the next business day.
Our delivery schedule is built on the following standard timelines:
Order Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and major federal holidays).
Transit Time: Once standard carriers accept the package, shipment delivery typically requires 3-7 business days to arrive at your shipping address.
Our overall estimated shipping timelines are calculated as follows: Order Processing Time (1-3 business days) + Transit Time (3-7 business days) = Total Estimated Delivery (4-10 business days)
Order Tracking & Split Shipments
Once your order has been shipped, a shipping confirmation message containing your tracking number will be delivered directly to your registered email address.
Please note that tracking information typically requires 24-48 hours to activate in the carrier’s system. If your transaction contains multiple items, they may be shipped in separate packages depending on inventory distribution among our suppliers, meaning you will receive separate tracking links for each package with no additional shipping costs.
Address Accuracy & Delivery Support
Shoppers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information at checkout. Miravelionex works diligently to ensure accurate shipping. If a shipment delay or delivery failure occurs due to inaccurate address entry, missing apartment numbers, or incomplete shipping details provided by the customer, our support team will actively assist you in coordinating with the carrier to reroute or locate your package wherever logistically feasible.
If your tracking link confirms your package was successfully Delivered to your specified shipping address but you are unable to locate the physical package, please contact the local carrier immediately to file an inquiry, and reach out to our team at sale@miravelionex.com. We will actively support you by coordinating with the carrier to trace the shipment, and we will work with you to find a fair solution, including potential replacements or refunds if the carrier verifies a delivery error.
Damaged in Transit
If your product arrived damaged or defective due to transit, we are here to assist you quickly. Please inspect your items within 48 hours of arrival.
If any damage is discovered, contact our customer support team immediately with your order number and clear digital photographs of the damaged item and the external packaging. We will cover all return shipping fees and coordinate a rapid replacement to restore your home environment.
